EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - A man wanted for sexual abuse was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 8 in Horizon City, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office (EPCSO). EPCSO said Rogelio Garcia Jr. was charged with continuous sexual abuse of a young child or disabled individual: victim under 14 years old with a $150,000 bond. On Oct. 8, an investigation was conducted on the whereabouts of Garcia Jr. Deputies made contact with him at his residence located at the 13400 block of Emerald Pass Ave., according to EPCSO. EPCSO's Special Victims Unit, with the assistance of the Major Crimes Unit, the Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit and the Narcotics Unit assisted with the investigation. Garcia Jr. was taken into custody without incident and was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility, according to EPCSO.
