Multipurpose Center (MPC) Bond Proposition A
The official language of the bond proposition will be on the voting bond as follows:
"To cancel the city's authority to issue the remaining $128,455,636 in general obligation bonds for the multipurpose performing arts and entertainment facility to be located in Downtown El Paso which was approved by the voters in the city's November 6, 2012 election, resulting in the revocation of the bonds?"
Also known as the Downtown Arena plan, voters will decide whether to cancel City Council’s authority to use the remaining $128,455,636 to fund the construction of the center.

El Paso County GO Bond Proposition A
The official language of the bond proposition will be on the voting bond as follows:
“The issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $95,615,000 for the county’s park and recreational spaces and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
El Paso County GO Bond Proposition B
The official language of the bond proposition will be on the voting bond as follows:
“The issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $26,700,000 for facilities for the county’s office of the medical examiner and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.”
El Paso County GO Bond Proposition C
The official language of the bond proposition will be on the voting bond as follows:
“The issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $63,285,000 for the county’s courthouse, sub courthouses, and related annexes and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
El Paso County GO Bond Proposition D
The official language of the bond proposition will be on the voting bond as follows:
“The issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $105,485,000 for the county’s coliseum and adjacent facilities and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.”
El Paso County GOBond E
The issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $32,710,000 for the County’s Animal Shelter and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
El Paso County UMC Bond A
$396.6 million bond would fund several projects at the hospital including the addition of surgical suites, critical care beds, two operating rooms and expanded laboratory services. El Paso’s first burn center, a centrally located geriatric clinic, a health center in Horizon City and an urgent care clinic on the Westside.
Anthony ISD Bond Prop A
Ratifying the ad valorem tax rate of $0.914688 in Anthony Independent School District for the current year, a rate that will result in an increase of 24.33 percent in maintenance and operations tax revenue for the district for the current year as compared to the preceding year, which is an additional $356,150.
