BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A new Waffle House location is expected to open next month in Baton Rouge. Waffle House, Inc. Vice President of Food Safety and Public Relations Njeri Boss confirmed the restaurant will be at 885 Frogmore Drive. A date has not been selected yet, Boss said. "Typically, our Operations Team leaders prefer to have a soft open to allow the new staff to adjust," Boss said. The popular breakfast spot is open 24 hours daily and serves waffles, hashbrowns, omelets, biscuits, bacon, grits, eggs, sandwich melts and BLTs.
