RILEY COUNTY (KSNT) - The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) said a missing man from Leavenworth has been found safely Wednesday. The KBI issued a silver alert for the man on Oct. 9 but later canceled it shortly before noon, stating the man was found safely in Valley Falls by law enforcement.
