Children's Hospital of Philadelphia surgeons separated conjoined twin boys who were connected at the liver, sternum and abdominal walls. The boys, Amari and Javar Ruffin, spent more than a year at the hospital before they went home to their family in West Philadelphia. Their surgery occurred in August.
