Actress Jenna Fischer, who starred in 'The Office,' says she was diagnosed with triple-positive breast cancer last year but is 'cancer free' after receiving surgery and other treatments. The aggressive, but treatable, form of breast cancer occurs when breast cancer cells have atypically high levels of estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors and HER2 proteins.
