MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Marshall County supervisor and his son are among those indicted on grand larceny charges by the grand jury, according to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office. District 3 Supervisor Keith Taylor, his son Peyton Taylor, and Jacob Wilson (of Benton County) were indicted on two counts of grand larceny. They are also accused of stealing $1,000 worth of water from the Marshall County Watter Association in July 2024. The defendants face up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $20,000 if convicted. Wilson, Supervisor Taylor, and Taylor's son will appear in circuit court in November.
