(Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 9)–A locked car stolen sometime late Monday night in the area of Portia and Knox Streets in northwest Lincoln was found Tuesday evening a mile-and-a-half away and two teens have been referred. Police say investigators saw two males in the area of 15th and Hilltop Road get into a 2012 Kia Optima wearing gloves and masks. Police contacted the two teens, who started to run away but were soon caught. A 15-year-old has been referred for theft by receiving among other offenses. A 14-year-old was referred and released for failure to comply.
