Teens caught after stealing Kia in north Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A pair of teens were caught Tuesday after stealing a Kia in north Lincoln, police say. Around 7:45 a.m., officers were sent to a home near Portia and Knox streets after a Kia Optima was stolen overnight.
