Also known as the Downtown Arena plan, voters will decide whether to cancel City Council’s authority to use the remaining $128,455,636 to fund the construction of the center. El Paso County UMC Bond A $396.6 million bond would fund several projects at the hospital including the addition of surgical suites, critical care beds, two operating rooms and expanded laboratory services.  El Paso’s first burn center, a centrally located geriatric clinic, a health center in Horizon City and an urgent care clinic on the Westside. Anthony ISD Bond Prop A Ratifying the ad valorem tax rate of $0.914688 in Anthony Independent School District for the current year, a rate that will result in an increase of 24.33 percent in maintenance and operations tax revenue for the district for the current year as compared to the preceding year, which is an additional $356,150.
