BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Kern Radio and "The Ralph Bailey Show" have announced the return of their annual Honor Flight Fundraiser.  Ralph Bailey, host of The Ralph Bailey Show, and Lili Marsh, Honor Flight Kern County founder, joined 17 News at Sunrise to talk more about the fundraiser.  Race for Bakersfield City Council Ward 2: Michael Cardenas In seven years, Kern Radio has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to send hundreds of Kern veterans to our nation’s capital to see the memorials built in their honor.
