PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Governor Dan McKee will give remarks ahead of Saturday’s Governor’s Cup game between Brown University and the University of Rhode Island this afternoon. Saturday will be the 108th matchup between the two rivals. Of those 108 games, Brown has won 73, but the Bears have lost the last 5 games straight to the Rams.
