BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Southern University football head coach Terrence Graves made it clear that the Jags are putting their 51-7 loss to Nicholls in the rearview mirror. It's not easy to put a loss of that magnitude, especially after committing four turnovers and allowing over 400 yards of total offense, but it was a non-conference game, which means the Jags' goals of winning a SWAC championship are still well within reach. "That game's over, just like I told the team, after we do our corrections, we have a section on Monday nights, it's called Mistake Monday," said Graves. "So we go through all our corrections, what we didn't do well in all those things, and once we correct that, it's over with. So now we focus on the next opponent. You don't ever go into the next week still talking about what happened last week."
