Luckily, for Richmond residents, there are several pumpkin patches within reach that offer an experience for everyone to enjoy! 🧟 Ashland Berry Farm 🦇, 34-minute drive Ashland Berry Farm, located at 12607 Old Ridge Road in Hanover County, offers much more than a pumpkin patch. Thrill-seekers can partake in the nighttime haunted attractions of Terror on the Farm, running on select nights from now until Nov. 2. During the day, families can take scenic hayrides and enjoy pick-your-own pumpkins, as well as tasty treats at the Donut Shop. There are endless activities for kids to enjoy, including a corn maze, a wagon ride and the fun zone. A fall festival will be held on select dates throughout October and its Trick or Treat & Costume Contest will be held on Oct. 26 and 27. In terms of pumpkins, people can pick their own or there is a selection of pre-picked pumpkins to choose from. For more information and to purchase event passes, click here. 🦉 Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping 🌻, 16-minute drive While it's not necessarily a pumpkin patch, Cross Creek Nursery and Landscaping -- with a Midlothian location at 501 Courthouse Road and a West End location at 15503 Ashland Road -- celebrates fall with the best of them. Every Saturday and Sunday from now until Oct. 27, people can visit to enjoy the Cross Creek Fall Fest with different fun vendors at both locations, featuring pumpkins, plants, other gourds and goats! O n the market side of things, people can grab fruits, vegetables, jams and jellies, apples and more.
