Tuesday night will bring through some cloudiness and lows will be chilly, bottoming out near 45 in the cities, which means suburban areas and colder valleys will likely dip closer to 40 to start Wednesday. The sunshine will be here all day Wednesday and seasonable high temperatures will be here near 65 in the afternoon. Thursday is looking to start chilly once again and top out only in the upper-50s with mostly sunny skies. Friday morning is the one to watch as low temperatures will be more widespread in the 30s, putting the most sensitive vegetation at risk, If you have a tropical plant outside, it’s time to bring it in. Saturday will be sun-filled and much warmer with highs near 70. Mostly sunny and 64 for Sunday. Our next chance of showers is 40% on Monday then back to sunshine for Tuesday.
Hurricane Milton is still strong and is still on track to make landfall along the Gulf Coast of Florida as a major hurricane late Wednesday through Thursday. The storm surge could be as high as 15 feet and rainfall totals could locally top a foot leading to localized flooding and tropical systems making landfall can also spawn tornadoes.
