MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man who is facing a dozen felony charges including five counts of attempted second-degree murder was back in court Tuesday. Detawn Gunn is accused of firing shots outside popular Midtown restaurant Railgarten in August. The 30-year-old, with his attorney and his parents by his side, learned he will remain free on his posted $100,000 bond. Accused Railgarten shooter gets $100K bond Gunn and his defense attorney said they are having to take a wait-and-see approach regarding what's next. For now, there will be a brief pause, Gunn's defensive attorney said. "We are waiting on a written order to be entered by Judge Mitchell and it's just all procedural aspects right now," attorney Scott Hall said. "We will be setting it for a preliminary hearing after that." It was just last month when Judge Jennifer Johnson Mitchell reversed the bond decision, ordering him to pay $100,000 dollars — which he paid — leading to him to be released yet again. Gunn was arrested and later charged with firing shots at another man, allegedly over a parking spot, on Aug. 16. Arrest made in Railgarten shooting that left 4 injured "When the facts come out as to everything that happened and transpired we think the media's perception and the public's perception are going to be very different for Mr. Gunn," his attorney said.
