BEAVER DAM, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in Wisconsin were led on a foot pursuit after a report of a person with a gun at a popular public park. According to a release, on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, the Beaver Dam Police Department received a concerning report of a person with a gun at Swan Park. After a foot pursuit, the suspect was located and taken into custody. A K9 search was conducted, and the firearm was recovered.
