FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Ahead of Wednesday's ribbon cutting, CEO Chuck Surack of Surack Enterprises gave WANE 15 an exclusive guided tour of his new downtown building The Pearl and the new Pearl Street Arts Center across the street.
The Pearl features apartments, work-live spaces, a 300-person event center, a Crescendo Cafe, and, in the coming months, Amore, an Italian steak and seafood restaurant, and Ducky's, a restaurant that also offers duckpin bowling.
The Pearl Street Arts Center is home to a 400-person performance hall, multiple classrooms for group and private lessons and more.
WANE 15 will provide additional coverage of Wednesday's ribbon cutting.
