(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) is asking the community for any tips that could lead to an arrest in a 2021 homicide on the city's Lower East Side. According to PPD, on Oct. 7, 2021, Rudy Baca was walking with another man in an alley in the 900 block of East 3rd Street, near North Joplin Avenue, when both men were shot. Baca was killed, and the man walking with him was sent to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
