(WROC) – Rochester police have released video and photos of individuals and vehicles related to a September shooting that injured one person on Joseph Avenue near Avenue D. Rochester Police responded to the area near Joseph Avenue and Avenue D for the report of a person shot around 9:15 p.m. on September 20. Around that time, a 36-year-old man who had been struck at least one time by gunfire arrived at an area hospital in a private vehicle. Shooting on Joseph Ave leaves man injured RPD posted a video on the platform 'X' formally known as Twitter, asking for assistance in identifying the individuals and vehicles related to the shooting.
