Orlando horror and fandom weekender Spooky Empire — originally set for this weekend (Oct. 11-13) at the Hyatt Regency — has been postponed due to concerns over Hurricane Milton. Spooky Empire posted on social media Tuesday: "While we worked hard to keep the event open this weekend, Milton has other plans for us. We have made the ultimate decision at this time to postpone Spooky Empire to a later date.
