One killed in plane crash near airport in Norfolk

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A pilot was killed Monday night in a crash near the Norfolk airport, police say. The crash happened around 7:40 p.m., about a half mile south of the Karl Stefen Airport’s runway. Police said a single-engine airplane crashed just after take-off.
