LOUISVILLE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A teenager has died from injuries sustained during a shooting at a high school football game, according to WHAS 11, the Louisville ABC affiliate. The shooting, which happened nine days ago, took place in the parking lot of Pleasure Ridge Park High School during a game between Pleasure Ridge Park and Male High School. The incident triggered widespread panic among spectators and players alike, with many seeking safety as chaos unfolded. 22-year-old Damon Williams was arrested following the event, which resulted in two teenagers being hospitalized. While one of the teens has now tragically died, the second victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover.
