EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - El Paso County, in partnership with the Fabens Neighborhood Association, will host a groundbreaking ceremony for a new full-sized basketball court at Risinger Park, the County announced in a news release. The event will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at Risinger Park, 301 Grace Street, in Fabens. The County said the ceremony will coincide with a daytime community meeting at 12:30 p.m. at Risinger Park. A second meeting will be held later that evening at 6 p.m. at the Rio Valle Woman's Club, 521 Mike Maros Street.
