CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CHARLOTTE SPORTS LIVE) -- The Panthers will be without its starting center for the rest of the season.  The team announced Monday that veteran offensive lineman Austin Corbett ruptured a biceps tendon during Sunday’s loss to the Bears. The 29-year-old moved to center this year after lining up at guard his previous two seasons with Carolina.  EXCLUSIVE: 1-on-1 with Panthers’ center Austin Corbett Corbett was seen after the game with his left arm in a sling, and told reporters he "felt the pop" while trying to push the pile on a downfield play to receiver Jonathan Mingo.  Brady Christensen replaced Corbett in the lineup Sunday and is expected to remain as the man snapping the ball to quarterback Andy Dalton, the team said.  On Monday, head coach Dave Canales said right tackle Taylor Moton also will be out on Sunday against the Falcons with an injury. #Panthers Dave Canales says RT Taylor Moton will be OUT on Sunday against the Falcons with a triceps injury. At the end of the 2022-23 season, he tore an ACL.  Through five games, the Panthers (1-4) rank 25th in the NFL in total years per game (291.2). According to the Panthers, Corbett was on a streak of playing 6,787 consecutive snaps.
