2024 One Book Project encourages Kern residents to see life through different perspectives

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Fahra Daredia with Kern County Library joined 17 News at Sunrise to discuss the Fall 2024 One Book Project.
This fall, the One Book Project invites Kern residents to gather and discuss the themes of All You Can Ever Know: A Memoir by Korean adoptee Nicole Chung.

Annually, the Kern County Library and CSUB lead the One Book Project effort in bringing community members together through events and discussions related to the themes of one thought-provoking title.
The One Book Project is meant to connect people across cultural divides to foster understanding through a collection of theme related titles.
