ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - Expect temperatures to begin in the 40s this morning and finish around 60° with a mix of sun, clouds, and an isolated shower. We've got more of the same on Wednesday with highs staying in the 50s. A slight wind shift will rid our skies of clouds and rain chances Thursday, but it's still cool with starting temperatures around 40° and afternoon highs in the middle 50s. Expanding high pressure will mean sunshine both Thursday and Friday. There should be a big jump in temperatures here with Friday afternoon getting into the middle 60s. A cold front will approach from the north on Saturday, but there are some questions as to when it will arrive. If it's early, there will be a few rain showers for both weekend days. If it's late, showers focus Saturday night. Regardless, a separate system will sweep through in its wake and bring rain showers Sunday into Monday of next week.
