Tucked away on the second floor of the Syracuse Hancock International Airport lies an office filled with computers and wall-mounted screens showing in real time the comings and goings of nearly every object in the Central New York sky.A handful of people – some waiting to take off, others for arrivals – sit on benches outside the room’s floor-to-ceiling windows. They’d be forgiven for thinking what they’re seeing inside is some routine aspect of airport operations.
