Oxygen will debut a new series, "Philly Homicide," that looks at 10 high-profile murder cases from the Philadelphia region in recent decades. The series features interviews with detectives and the family members of homicide victims. It's narrated by Lt. Chris McMullin of the Bucks County Sheriff's Office. The show premieres Oct. 26 at 9 p.m.
