OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Two people have been taken into custody and another has been taken to a hospital following a pursuit Tuesday morning, police say. According to Oklahoma City Police, a pursuit began around 1 a.m. when an officer tried to pull a vehicle over for a traffic violation. That vehicle drove off reaching speeds up to 100 mph. LOCAL NEWS: OKCPD adding more patrols to Bricktown after string of violent crimes Officials say after multiple tries, the car was eventually stopped by a tactical vehicle maneuver near SW 59th St. and I-44. The driver tried to run away, but was quickly caught along with a passenger. A second passenger was taken to the hospital after jumping out of the car after the chase began. No more information is available as the investigation continues.
