That is San Francisco's Arsicault Bakery at 397 Arguello St. It is seen by many people as the best croissant in San Francisco and even the greater Bay Area, including by local publications such as The San Francisco Chronicle and The Infatuation. It was initially planned to open in early 2024, but, according to Mission Rock, the bakery will now open later this fall. The bakery was founded by Armando Lacayo who quit his job in finance in 2014 and made the transition to the bakery business, he wrote earlier this year. KRON4 reached out to Arsicault and asked them to provide a target opening date for the Mission Rock location. We did not hear back in time for publication.
