MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Krystal's employee is accused of pulling out a gun after his manager told him to cook burgers. The incident allegedly happened last month at the Krystal on Highway 51, but Kevin Green, 22, was booked into the Shelby County Jail Monday for aggravated assault. Kevin Green. (SCSO) According to a manager at the fast food restaurant, Green got upset after he told him to put some beef patties in the steamer. Green then allegedly displayed a gun and said he was going to shoot him. The manager said he began recording Green, and when Green exited the building, he got into a vehicle, pointed the weapon at him, and again allegedly threatened to shoot him. Shots fired after victim and his friends track stolen truck in Midtown A witness told police he saw two Krystal's employees arguing and saw one of them pull a gun from his waistband and point it toward the dining area. Green is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
