EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday evening, Oct. 7 in Northeast El Paso, El Paso police said. Police said a vehicle hit a pedestrian at about 7:30 p.m. Monday along the 9900 block of McCombs. Police confirmed that the pedestrian died at the scene. Police did not say what led up to the crash. The Special Traffic Investigations Unit is on the scene. They look into crashes involving fatalities or serious injuries. This is a developing story and we will update it when we learn more.
