Richland Co., SC (WOLO) — Richland County deputies need your help finding a missing man they say is in need of his prescribed medications. Authorities say 28-year-old Zelig Williams was last seen at his home in the 400 block Longwood Road Thursday October 3rd and was last seen driving in the area of the Congaree State Park where officials say his vehicle was later discovered. Family members say it is uncommon for Williams who say this is out of character for Williams to go without contacting them reached out to deputies after they were not able to reach him.
