ACCOKEEK, Md. (DC News Now) -- Police were investigating after a 20-year-old died in a single-car crash overnight on Monday. Around 3:30 a.m., Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD) officers responded to the 1100 block of Bryans Point Rd. for a crash. The passenger, Cadence Cox of Capitol Heights, died there. The driver was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. 3 dead, 1 arrested after Southeast DC house fire, police say PGPD said that investigators believe the driver was headed west on Bryans Point Road when they lost control and hit a tree.
