FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The Fresno Grizzlies announced Friday that the concert for country music star Thomas Rhett has been canceled. The Fresno Grizzlies website says that the performance that was scheduled to take place on Oct. 20 was canceled. Rhett was supposed to perform at Chukchansi Park as part of "Music on the Diamond," a nationwide concert series that features top artists performing against the backdrop of iconic Minor League Ballparks. The Fresno Grizzlies says all credit and debit card transactions will be refunded to the purchasing card within three to five business days. According to the Grizzlies, refunds on all cash transactions must be claimed at the Chukchansi Park Ticket Office which is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. In a statement to YourCentralValley.com, the Fresno Grizzlies said that the concert was canceled "due to circumstances beyond our control."
