ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Bernalillo County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 28-year-old Rafael Rosas, accused of trying to have sex with a minor. When Rosas arrived at the meet up location he was questioned by BCSO. Rosas admitted to planning to hang out with the teen, but did not comment when asked if he planned to have sex with her. Rosas is facing several charges.
