Panera Bread settled a lawsuit filed by the family of University of Pennsylvania student Sarah Katz, who suffered a fatal heart attack after she drank the chain's Charged Lemonade drink two years ago. The discontinued, caffeinated drink has led to four lawsuits against Panera, which has been accused of failing to properly label and disclose the contents of Charged Lemonade.
