GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - In Green Bay, the 2024 Feed My Starving Children mobile pack event kicked off for its 13th year. Over the next four days, 3,500 volunteers of all ages will work together to package approximately 500,000 meals. Packers staff assembles care packages for veterans, plays bingo with residents at Woodside Senior Communities "Not only do we offer basic needs, such as food, clothing, and showers on a daily basis—every single day of the year—but we also provide programming and support during the day to help people get back on their feet," said Molly Yatso-Butz, Day By Day Executive Director. The shelter operates year-round, welcoming 50 individuals each day.
