Weather Watcher Vapolocity emailed us a picture taken this morning of a comet. According to EarthSky.org, it's Comet A-3, which will pass closest to the earth on October 12. Oh, just a moment, star gazers, there's more to see!! According to the National Weather Service in Santa Teresa, the Draconid Meteor Shower will reach its peak TONIGHT!! Thank goodness skies will be clear. TONIGHT:   The skies will be clear, and the winds will be light.  The SE wind will range from calm to 10 mph.  We will be slightly cooler overnight with a low of 61, 57 in the valley. FORECAST:  Tuesday will be sunny and nearly perfect with light winds and a high of 89.  The SE-south winds will range from 5-10 mph.  Wednesday will be sunny with light winds and a high of 92.  Thursday will also be sunny with light winds and a high of 93.  Friday will be sunny and 93.  Saturday will be sunny and 94 with warm southerly winds.  Sunday will be sunny and 90.  On Monday, the west winds kick in for a cooler day.  The eastern slopes will have stronger gusts, and the high will only be 85.
