BOA Teams Up with Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets and Charlotte Motor Speedway To Host Second Play It Forward Clinic For Charlotte Area Youth

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Former Panthers all-pro linebacker Thomas Davis, current Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen, former Hornets guard Dell Curry, former Hornets forward Marvin Williams and NASCAR Cup Series driver Carson Hocevar will take part in the second Bank of America Play It Forward Clinic in Charlotte on Tuesday, October 8.
The goal of the clinic is to inspire the next generation through not just lessons in sports, but also important life skills.
More than 100 students from Albemarle Road Elementary School will learn from the athletes and trailblazers, rotating between six different clinic stations relating to football, basketball and racing, learning life skills from their instructors’ personal journeys.
The Bank of America Play It Forward Clinic series draws on Bank of America’s portfolio of iconic sports partnerships, leveraging the power of sports to support the economic, social and cultural life of our communities.
