ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester police are asking for help in identifying two persons of interest seen in a video related to a September shooting in Rochester's East End. Rochester police responded to Ryan Alley near Alexander Street around 1:00 a.m. on September 22 after officers say they heard gunshots and found a 23-year-old Rochester man with a gunshot wound to his leg. Rochester man injured in Ryan Alley shooting RPD says officers applied a torniquet and he was transported by AMR to an area hospital to be treated for his non-life-threatening injury.
