(KRON) -- A Concord man was arrested on Saturday for allegedly fatally striking another man with his vehicle at a gas station. According to the Concord Police Department, officers responded to the incident at a gas station on the 2800 block of Grant Street at 7:45 p.m. The officers were responding to a disturbance involving a man who was struck by a vehicle. At the scene, officers found a 33-year-old man with injuries caused by a vehicle impact. An investigation, police said, showed the man was intentionally struck by a vehicle driven by a suspect. The suspect left the scene, but police located him a short distance away. The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Alex Lazaro-Rosas of Concord, was arrested for murder. The victim and the suspect in this case were acquainted, according to police.
