TOPEKA (KSNT) - Kansans who have business with the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR) Monday may have to put their plans on hold due to an unexpected loss in services. The Johnson County government is reporting on social media that its motor vehicle system, managed by the KDOR, is experiencing problems on Oct. 7. This is part of a larger statewide issue that has resulted in an inability to process transactions. Johnson County's online office queues have been deactivated with no customers being accepted at this time. Kansas county treasurers are also reporting similar problems. The Barton County Treasurer's Office reported some internet issues impacting motor vehicle services Monday along with the Clay County Treasurer's Office. "Due to the State of Kansas experiencing some internet outages affecting MOVRS and Driver License services, we are unable to process motor vehicle transactions and driver license/ID services. They are working to resolve the issue."
