PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Hurricane Milton, now a category 5, is expected to make landfall in Florida on Wednesday. President Joe Biden has been briefed on the hurricane, and is tracking FEMA’s efforts down in Florida. Biden also announced the deployment of 500 more active duty troops to help with the recovery after Hurricane Helene. But more help is still needed.
