NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Temperatures will be on the warm to hot side Monday with most of the area in the upper 80s to around 90. This will be the last hot day for the week as a cold front moves through tonight and brings much lower humidity to the area starting Tuesday. The rest of the week looks fantastic with mid 80s for daytime highs and upper 50s to mid 60s for overnight lows. Expect very dry conditions through the rest of the week. There is a small risk of coastal flooding in the low lying spots with northeast flow in the northern Gulf. This should be a minor issue. A coastal flood advisory is in effect. Otherwise very pleasant conditions will continue through the week.
