ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Monday, October 7 is day three of the 2024 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Pilots and officials will meet during the pilots briefing to discuss the weather and determine if balloons are safe to go up. An in-depth look at competitive hot air ballooning Officials will raise the green flag, yellow flag or red flag depending on conditions.
