INDIANAPOLIS — One person is in critical condition after a Monday morning water rescue on the northeast side of Indianapolis, according to a social media post from the Lawrence Fire Department. This comes after fire crews responded to the rescue in the area of 42nd St. and German Church Rd. A person was reportedly pulled from a pond and taken to a local hospital in critical condition. 6 houses burned, 1 firefighter injured in series of overnight fires around Indianapolis The post states that crews are being assisted by the Lawrence Police Department, the Fishers Fire Department as well as the Indianapolis Fire Department.
