CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WPRI) -- Cumberland's police department held their annual "Trunk or Treat" event Sunday morning. The event was free and took place at Garvin Elementary School. Those who attended got to enjoy games, beverage trucks and candy. This was the second year the event was organized by Cumberland police.
