SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A local center for performing arts had a dramatic start to the weekend. According to a post on Facebook, the Pipestone Performing Arts Center was struck by a vehicle around 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. Saturday morning. The vehicle hit the north side of the Ferris Grand Building in downtown Pipestone, which houses the performing arts center.
